We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If no notification, or less than 24 hours is provided, you will be charged 50% of your appointment price as a “NO SHOW FEE”. Please note that benefits do not cover missed appointment fees. If because of an emergency you need to cancel within 24 hours, please give us a call ASAP. Do not email us for any changes to bookings, call the clinic or cancel from your Jane online account. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. The therapist does not get compensated if you miss your appointment, respect their time and give other clients the chance to take your appointment.
